At 686, we stand behind our technical outerwear and want to ensure you have the right gear for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging with all tags attached, include the packing slip, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
